Magnolia
Room to breathe. Know the real cost before you buy.
Magnolia sits west of The Woodlands in the Texas piney woods, where you can still find acreage, horse property, and homes on wooded lots, alongside newer master-planned communities. It's small-town Texas with fast access to SH 249, the Grand Parkway, and The Woodlands. Out here, the real cost goes beyond the price: MUD taxes, septic systems and water wells, ag exemptions, deed restrictions, and flood zones near the creeks. I run those numbers before you write an offer.
